What happens when I want to sell my home?
When you sell your home, you receive your Membership Fee back.
You can sell your house as you would in any other community. When you sell your home, your Membership Fee is returned to you. The buyer of your home must apply to become a Member of the Corporation and pay the Membership Fee prior to moving into the home.
